“Yesterday, my SUV broke down in Ankeny and we knew it was a dead battery. We called AAA and Joe from Central Iowa Towing was sent to tow our vehicle back to Ames. He arrived 45 minutes EARLIER than the ETA that was given to us by AAA which was a relief. Joe was was very nice and professional and got our vehicle loaded quickly. He was even happy to retrieve things we’d forgotten in the vehicle. Highly recommended!”
